How does this practice work?
Each body part on the silhouette will be highlighted in order. Classify the sensation you feel in that area using one of four buttons.
I'm not sure what I feel.
There are no wrong answers. Choose the option closest to what you feel. 'Neutral' is also a valid and important observation.
Any tips?
Breathe slowly with the breathing guide and gently bring your attention to that area. The key is to observe without judgment.
